AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

There is an air conditioning system in each room. The remote control is on the wall. Please use the air conditioning with your windows shut. In winter period from 01.09 to 30.04 the air conditioning system is turned off.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the 1st floor of the hotel. Breakfast hall working hours:

• Mon - Fri from 7:00 to 10:30,
• Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays from 07:30 to 11:00.

If you prefer an early takeaway breakfast, please inform the reception in advance.
We offer breakfast for guest visitors for the additional fee of 20,00 EUR / pers.

CAR PARKING

Privat car park is located 200 meters from the hotel. Parking costs are 15,00 EUR for the period from 14:00 to 14:00. A parking spot cannot be booked in advance.

CHECK-IN

The check-in time starts at 15:00. In case of early check-in please inform the reception desk in advance. Early check-in is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

The check-out time is until 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, please inform the reception desk in advance, until 12:00. Late check-out is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

DRINKING WATER

The tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in the mini bar in each room or in the restaurant at the hotel first floor for extra charge.

The voltage in the hotel is 220V.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY TIPS

• Do not use the electrical appliance when the spark occurs.
• It is necessary to avoid contact between electrical devices and moisture or water.
• Do not touch the electrical appliance, switches, etc. with wet hands.
• Do not touch the wiring elements, lamps, switches, or simply working appliances with your hands while taking a bath or standing barefoot on a wet floor.
• Do not place electrical heaters near flammable materials.
• Do not leave unattended appliances, especially iron, electric heating plugged in.
• Do not flood water on an inflamed cable or break it off with your hands.
• Do not pull out the plug with the electrical device cable.
• Do not touch the electric wires' bare ends with your hands.
• Do not pour water into the plug or power cord when it is on fire.

EVACUATION PLAN

There is an evacuation plan in each room near the door. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.

EXTRA BED

• Children under 4 years are allowed to stay in their parent's room for FREE, including an extra bed and breakfast.
• Children aged 4 to 12 years - EUR 20 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.
• Children from 13 years - EUR 25 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.

To order an extra bed or baby cot and receive confirmation from the hotel please make a reservation in advance. (Ext. 100,101,102).

FIRE SAFETY

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors. Do not use the elevator!

ROOM CLEANING SERVICE

Room cleaning service is performed every day from 9:00 to 17:00 Please place a “Clean Room” card on the doorknob if you wish your room to be cleaned. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place “Do not disturb” card on the doorknob. For changing the towels please leave them on the floor. The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.

When booking a room without 1,5-hour SPA access included, an extra charge of EUR 20,00 is applied per person.
SPA visiting includes 1 towel for 1 person. Bathrobes and slippers - for an extra fee.

Notice for guests with children: Children from 3-12 years are permitted to use the indoor pool only when accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under the age of 3-year SPA are not recommended. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s safety. SPA visits with children until 18:00 (last entrance with children under 12 years till 16:30).
