Useful information for all guests visiting the Wellton SPA centers.

To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend booking via “Bookla” in advance.
All spa treatments and packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.

Please allow sufficient time before your visit to complete a Spa Registration Form and/or Health Questionnaire.  We recommend you arrive at the SPA center 10 – 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to change before your treatment. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

The spa will provide towels and robes for treatment, we recommend that you bring your own indoor footwear. Alternatively, flip flops are available for you to purchase at the SPA reception.

Our Aqua Thermal area features a 12.5-meter-long swimming pool, a hydro massage pool, a Hammam, a herbal sauna, and a cedar bath. Access to the Aqua Thermal area is limited to 1.5 hours. If access is not included in your hotel room rate, an additional charge will apply. This facility is open to hotel guests, members, and visitors from the city.    

Wellton SPA Riverside's gym is equipped with the latest Technogym cardio and strength training equipment, providing access to both hotel guests and members.
The Swim&Gym Membership offers 8 visits, allowing a combination of gym or Aqua thermal area use according to your preference. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, each membership is exclusive to a single owner. Membership prices vary based on weekdays. 

• Children under 12 y.o. can enjoy the Aqua Thermal water area until 18:00.
• Children up to 12 y.o. in the SPA Thermal water area must be accompanied by an adult, who is fully responsible for the child’s safety, behavior and health; the adult must be at least 18 years old. All SPA rules apply to children.
• Wellton SPA centers do not recommend that children under 3 years old use the SPA.
• SPA bookings for facials and body treatments are available for individuals aged 16 and older.
• Access to the gym is restricted to individuals aged 16 and over. An exception is made for those under 16, provided they are under the guidance of an individual trainer or with the permission of the SPA Reception.

We require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes to Aqua thermal area and 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes to SPA treatments. 
A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

• In order to maintain a relaxed ambience within the SPA center, guests are discouraged from using their mobile phones or having loud conversations.
• Smoking and the consumption of any alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited within the center.
• Guests are asked to remove all jewelry including watches, before treatments commence.
• A number of body treatments require showering before treatment commences. In such circumstances, guests must shower and wear the bathrobe, slippers and disposable undergarments provided.
• Ladies are recommended to remove all makeup before any skin treatment; gentlemen are advised not to shave less than 3 hours prior to a facial treatment.

The set of guidelines provided below is not exhaustive; it aims to highlight some of the main medical indicators where treatments may not be advisable:
mobility problems, active/underactive thyroid, verruca/warts, heart problems, epilepsy, skin diseases/disorders, diabetes, metal pins/palates, claustrophobia, ear infection, cancer, surgery in the last 3 months, and allergies.

Guests are kindly requested to remove all jewelry, including watches, before treatments commence. For certain body treatments requiring showering before the session begins, guests must shower and wear the bathrobe, slippers, and disposable undergarments provided. For skin treatments, ladies are recommended to remove all makeup, while gentlemen are advised not to shave less than 3 hours prior to a facial treatment.

Wellton SPA accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables and jewelry at any time on the spa premises.

All lost property found on the premises should be handed to SPA reception. Items will be stored for four months.

All prices are quoted in EUR (VAT included) and are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.
