Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Please note that the SPA visit time must be booked in advance.
• Please contact us directly via phone or e-mail to make a booking.
• Please arrive at the SPA center 10 – 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to change before your treatment.
• SPA cancellations must be made no later than two hours before a booked treatment.
• Due to possible negative knock-on effects on other bookings, guests arriving late may have their treatment shortened or altered.
