AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

There is an air conditioning system in each room. The remote control is on the wall. Please use the air conditioning with your windows shut. In winter period from 01.09 to 30.04 the air conditioning system is turned off.

The nearest ATMs are located 100 m from the hotel, at the trade centre “Centrs” in 16 Audēju iela.

BABY COT

For children from 0 – 3 years (incl.), a baby cot can be placed in a room free of charge. Please contact the reception desk. Number: 950.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the -1st floor of the hotel. Breakfast hall working hours:

• Mon - Fri from 7:30 to 10:30
• Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays from 8:00 to 11:30

If you prefer an early takeaway breakfast, please inform the reception in advance.
We offer breakfast for guest visitors for the additional fee of 18,00 EUR / pers.

CAR PARKING

The hotel has a guarded car park located 450 meters from the hotel. Parking cost 15.00 EUR for the period from 14:00 to 14:00. A parking spot cannot be booked in advance.

DRINKING WATER

Tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in the mini-bar in each room or in the restaurant on the hotel's first floor for an extra charge.

The voltage in the hotel is 220V.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY TIPS

• Do not use the electrical appliances when the spark occurs.
• It is necessary to avoid contact between electrical devices and moisture or water.
• Do not touch the electrical appliance, switches, etc. with wet hands.
• Do not touch the wiring elements, lamps, switches, or simply working appliances with hands while taking a bath or
• standing barefoot on a wet floor.
• Do not place electrical heaters near flammable materials.
• Do not leave unattended appliances, especially iron,
• electric heating plugged in.
• Do not floodwater on an inflamed cable or break it off with your hands.
• Do not pull out the plug with the electrical device cable.
• Do not touch the electric wires bare ends with your hands.
• Do not pour water into the plug or power cord when it is on fire.

EVACUATION PLAN

There is an evacuation plan in each room near the door. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.

EXTRA BED

• Children under 4 years are allowed to stay in their parent's room for FREE, including an extra bed and breakfast.
• Children aged 4 to 12 years - EUR 18 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.
• Children from 13 years - EUR 23 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.

To order an extra bed or baby cot and receive confirmation from the hotel please make a reservation in advance. (Ext. 950).

FIRE SAFETY

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors.
Do not use the elevator!

If you wish to use laundry service, please fill an order form and put all things in a Laundry bag. It is possible to leave the Laundry bag in the room or bring it to reception until 9:00 a.m. Your order will be provided the next day (service is not available during weekends and are for an extra fee).

The hotel has the right to store forgotten/lost things within 3 months.

Each room has a minibar with a wide range in it. This service is for an extra charge.

PETS

Pets are allowed on request. This service is for an extra charge (20.00 EUR night/pet). For more information, please contact the reception desk.

You can leave your correspondence at the reception desk. Envelopes and stamps are available for purchase at the hotel reception desk.

ROOM CLEANING SERVICE

Room cleaning service is performed every day from 9:00 to 17:00
We care about responsible water and energy consumption. If you prefer to have the room cleaned, please hang a “please make up my room” sign on the room's door handle until 14:00. If dont place this sign, we will consider that you do not require room cleaning today.
For changing the towels please leave them on the floor.
The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.

SAFE

For personal belongings’ storage, we recommend using a safe which is located in each room. The hotel administration is not responsible for the things left without supervision.

This is non - smoking hotel.

The penalty fee for smoking in the room is 150, 00 EUR.

SPA CENTRE - WELLTON SPA OASIS

Wellton SPA Oasis is open from 9:00 - 21:00 (last entrance till 19:00);

• Treatment rooms from 9:00 - 21:00 p.m., last treatment can be booked 19:00 p.m.
• SPA visiting includes: 1 towel for 1 person, small leisure pool with underwater massage (20 m2), Jacuzzi, and 2 saunas.
• Bathrobes and slippers - for an extra fee.
• All children under 12 y.o have to be supervised by adults.
• Children under the age of 16 are permitted to use the indoor pool only when accompanied by a responsible adult. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s safety. SPA visiting with children until 19:00
• Swimming pool and Jacuzzi water temperature: + 34
